Odibeli Restaurant is found at number 148 in the Mancheswar Industrial Estate in Rasulgarh, Bhubaneshwar - 751010. We are right near the Idco Tower 2000, so we get a lot of people who work in the industrial area coming in for their meals. It is a practical kind of place. We don't have any fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We have sturdy tables and chairs that can handle a lot of use every day. The kitchen is always busy because workers have limited time for their lunch breaks. We’ve been here in Rasulgarh for a good while and we know the rhythms of the industrial estate. It can get very dusty and loud outside with all the trucks and machines, but we try to keep the inside as decent as possible. We don't have a corporate mission or a marketing team. It is just a small staff of us working hard to get the food prepared and served on time. Sometimes we run out of certain dishes if the day is busier than usual, but that's just how it goes. We handle all the cleaning and the shopping for ingredients ourselves. It’s a lot of physical work and we are usually tired by the end of the day.
