You can find us at Plot 108 in Surya Nagar, right by Gopobandhu Square. We are directly in front of the Reliance Fresh, so we see a lot of people carrying their grocery bags past our door every day. Bhubaneshwar is a growing city, and this neighborhood has changed a lot since we first started out. Our restaurant is a place where local families and people working in the nearby offices come to sit down for a while. It is not a very formal place. The chairs are comfortable enough, and we don't mind if people stay for a bit to talk. In the kitchen, we try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. We deal with the usual stuff like power cuts or late deliveries from our suppliers, but we always figure it out. The staff is a small group of people who just want to do a good job. We don't have any mission statements or fancy slogans on the walls. We just focus on keeping the floor swept and the food tasting like it should. Sometimes the street outside gets very loud with the traffic at the square, but inside it is a bit more relaxed. We are just a local business trying to stay busy and keep our customers coming back. It is a simple setup, and we like it that way because it works for us and the neighborhood.
