Manohi Restaurants

Manohi Restaurants is located right inside the Panthanivas Hotel over on Lewis Road here in Bhubaneshwar. If you know the 751014 area, you probably know the spot. We spend most of our days right here on Lewis Road. It’s a busy part of town and there is always something going on outside the windows. We start the day quite early to get everything ready before the first people start coming in from the hotel or off the street. It’s just a regular place where we work hard every day. We aren't doing anything out of the ordinary, just running the restaurant and making sure the tables are set. The staff has been around for a bit and we all know the routine by now. Sometimes the rain makes things quiet, other times the lunch hour is a bit of a scramble. We just take it as it comes. Being part of the Panthanivas Hotel building means we see a lot of travelers, but we also have people from around Bhubaneshwar who just stop by because they are nearby on Lewis Road. The kitchen stays busy, and there’s always a bit of noise from the pots and pans. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It's just us here on the ground floor. We focus on getting the work done and keeping the place open for whoever needs a meal while they are out and about in this part of the city. The floor is a bit worn in places where people walk the most, but we keep it scrubbed. We have some old fans that hum while they spin, keeping the air moving when it gets muggy outside. It’s just a normal place with normal things inside.
