We've been at the Bmc Bhawani Mall for some time now. Dealing with tickets and planning trips is what we do daily. Sahid Nagar is a busy spot, so it's convenient for people to drop by. Sometimes the mall gets crowded, but we are right here in the Market Building at C/42. It’s a small office where we handle all the paperwork for local and long-distance travel. People usually come in asking about bus timings or train bookings. We just sit down and figure out what works for them. My desk is usually covered in brochures and scratch pads. Living in Bhubaneshwar, you get used to the pace of things. Near the Inox, it's easy to find us if you're out for a movie or shopping. We don't have fancy coffee machines or anything, just a few chairs and a computer that sometimes runs a bit slow. But we get the job done. It's mostly about helping folks get from point A to point B without too much fuss. Most of our regulars are from around the neighborhood. We know the routes and the schedules pretty well by heart now. If you're walking around Sahid Nagar, you'll see our sign. It's just a regular local business trying to keep things moving. Nothing too complicated about it. We stay open until the evening most days and try to help anyone who stops in.
