Rashmi Tour & Travels

Our office is located in Old Bhubaneshwar, over in Bhimatangi. We are in Gouri Nandan Enclave, specifically Flat 101. It’s right on the ground floor, so nobody has to climb stairs, which is a relief for some of our older visitors. We are near Alaka Das Clinic, so that is usually what we tell people when they get lost. Being in this part of the city is different than being downtown. It feels a bit more lived-in and busy in a different way. At Rashmi Tour & Travels, we spend most of our mornings organizing drivers and checking on car schedules. Some days are purely chaos with last-minute changes, and other days we just sit and drink tea while waiting for the next booking to come through. We don’t have a big corporate team, it is just a handful of us making sure things move. The space is a bit cramped sometimes because of all the files we keep, but we know where everything is. We have been doing this for a while from this flat. It’s a practical setup. We don’t have flashy signs or anything like that. People mostly find us by word of mouth or because they live nearby. If the traffic is bad near the clinic, it can take a while to reach us, but once you are here, it’s just a normal office. We just do our work and go home.
