Gold Star Public School

Our school is located at Plot No-N1 A32 in IRC Village. It’s right in the heart of the IRC Village area in Bhubaneshwar, 751015. The building isn't huge, but it fits all the kids and teachers well enough. During the day, you can hear children shouting and playing during their breaks. It’s a noisy place, as any school should be. We have been here for a while at Gold Star Public School, and the walls have seen a lot of students come and go. There’s always chalk dust on the floors and drawings pinned up on the walls. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or high-tech labs. We just have classrooms and desks and teachers who show up every day to do their jobs. The morning assembly is usually the most organized part of the day, and after that, it’s just a bit of a scramble until the final bell rings. Parents are always dropping off forgotten lunchboxes or picking up their kids after school. We know the families in this neighborhood well. It’s a local school for local people. We don't try to be something we are not. It’s just a place for learning the basics and growing up. The playground gets a lot of use, and the grass never stays green for long because of all the running around. It’s a busy, lived-in space that we’ve grown very used to over the years. We just keep going one day at a time here in this small corner of the city.
