Go Holidays is over in Goutam Nagar, specifically at Plot No 2077/2. We’ve been operating in this part of Bhubaneshwar for some time now. It’s a bit of a residential area, which we like because it’s not as chaotic as the main city center, though it still gets its fair share of noise. We are just a small group of people who handle travel bookings and tour planning. Our office isn't very large, but we have enough space for a few computers and some chairs for visitors. A lot of our work is done over the phone or through messages these days, but we still have plenty of people who like to stop by and talk face-to-face. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to customers. We just tell it like it is. If a hotel isn't great or a road is bad, we’ll say so. We spend our time looking for the best routes and trying to coordinate all the moving parts that go into a holiday. It can be stressful when things change at the last minute, like a flight delay, but we’re used to it. We just keep working until it’s fixed. We don't have a big corporate board or anything—just a few of us trying to make a living by helping people travel around the country. We've been at this long enough to know how to handle the bumps.
