Rolmetal Industries

Our place is located in the G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate in Kalol. We have a few plots here, 26/1 and 27/1-2, so there's enough room for the different stages of what we do. Rolmetal Industries isn't a massive corporation, just a medium-sized setup in a busy industrial zone. Kalol is a place where people know the value of hard work. We spend our days processing metal and handling various industrial orders. It can get pretty loud when all the machines are running at once. We’ve got a mix of older guys who have been around since we started and some younger ones learning the ropes. It’s not always smooth sailing; sometimes a machine breaks down or a shipment of metal arrives late. When that happens, we just have to work longer hours to make up for it. The office is just a small room in the corner where we keep the paperwork, and it’s usually piled high. We don't use a lot of fancy software or anything, just basic tracking for our orders. People around the estate know us as a place that just keeps its head down and works. We don’t have a website that we update or any sales people on the road. Most of our day is spent making sure the dimensions are right and the metal is handled properly. It’s repetitive work, but it’s what we know. By the time we lock up at night, we’re tired, but the work is done. It’s a lot of physical work and not much else.
