Kathlal Fed Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Singhodia in the Kathlal Taluka. We operate out of Vishnubhai Natvarbhai Rathodat’s place, right near the Zilla Panchayat area. We aren't some big city firm. We are just local farmers from Kathlal who wanted to pool our resources. Working in the fields is what we know best, but we realized that we needed to handle the business side of things more seriously if we wanted to survive. So, we started this company. It’s a very grounded operation. We don't have fancy office furniture; it's mostly just some old chairs and a big table where we can spread out our maps and documents. Vishnubhai is kind enough to let us use his space to keep everything organized. We spend a lot of time talking to other farmers in the Taluka, trying to figure out the best way to move our produce to the markets. It’s not always easy, and we’ve had to learn a lot about rules and regulations that we didn't know before. But we’re getting there. We don't use any corporate jargon or try to sound like experts. We’re just learning as we go and trying to help our community get a fair shake. It’s a lot of work, but seeing everyone come together for a common goal makes it feel worth the effort. It keeps us busy all year round and we like it.
