H M Steel Traders

We are H M Steel Traders, based out of House No.1 in the Ladhubhai Chhinda Malek Estate here in Nadiad. If you’re familiar with the area near Chatiyawad Limbdi, we are pretty easy to spot because of all the metal sitting around. It’s not the most glamorous work, dealing with steel all day, but it’s what we do. Our yard is usually a bit of a mess with different types of pipes and bars, but we generally know where everything is. The estate can get quite busy with other traders and workers moving about, so there’s always something happening. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading trucks. It’s manual work, and we don't have many fancy machines to help out, just the basics. Most of the people who come to see us are local builders or small contractors who need a few things for a job they’re doing nearby. We don't use any big sales pitches. We just show them what’s in stock and talk about the prices. Sometimes the weather in Nadiad makes it tough to work outside, but the steel doesn't move itself. We’ve been at this location for a good bit of time now and have gotten to know the regular faces in the estate. It’s just a normal business run by normal people who aren't afraid of getting their hands a bit dirty with rust and metal dust every day. We just try to keep enough stock on hand so no one leaves empty-handed.
