Our place is at No. 54A in Muthunagar. Karur is a very well-known place for this kind of business, and we are right in the middle of it. Valluvar International is an OPC, so it is a bit smaller in terms of the actual office setup. We mainly focus on trade and textiles since that is what Karur is famous for around the world. The office isn't very large at all. It is just enough space for the paperwork and some samples we keep on the shelves. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking our emails. Dealing with different time zones can be a bit tiring for us. Sometimes we are here very early in the morning or staying quite late to finish a deal. Muthunagar is a decent area to work in. It is close to other businesses, so we can just walk down the street to meet people if we need to talk in person. We don't have a big sign or a flashy storefront to show off. Most people find us because they need something specific sourced or sent abroad. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. If a shipment is going to be late, we just say so. We don't like making promises we cannot keep. The office has a few computers and a lot of files. It’s a bit cluttered sometimes but we know where everything is.
