Rbsa Plantation Private Limited

Up here on Kongahalli Road in Thalavady, things move at a bit of a different pace. Our place is at 12/618, right in the middle of the plantation area. Rbsa Plantation is basically our way of managing the land and the trees we’ve got growing here. It’s not a huge setup with a lot of staff, mostly just a few of us making sure the work gets done. Thalavady has the right kind of air for what we grow, but it still takes a lot of looking after. We spend our days checking on the saplings and making sure the irrigation is working like it should. Sometimes the road gets a bit rough after the rains, but we're used to that. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy reports. We just keep track of what’s being planted and what’s being harvested in our ledgers. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset. There's always a fence to fix or a patch of ground that needs clearing. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we know the land pretty well. Our office is just a room where we keep the tools and the paperwork, nothing more than that. We just want to keep the plantation healthy and growing for the years to come. It's a simple life, but it suits us just fine.
