Shri Seethu Granite

Our place is located at Survey No.33 in Khazipur. It is a bit out of the main way, but it gives us the space we need for all the granite we keep. Shri Seethu Granite is basically a large yard filled with stone. We spend the morning moving slabs around and checking the edges. Khazipur is a quiet enough area until the saws start running. We don't really do the big city marketing stuff. People usually find us because they heard we had a certain color of granite in stock. We get a lot of locals and people from the nearby towns coming through. They want to see the stone in person because pictures don't really show the texture right. It’s a lot of walking around and pointing at different piles. We try to keep the place organized, but with heavy stone, it’s always a bit of a mess. The weather affects us a lot; when it rains, the yard gets muddy, and when it’s hot, the stone burns your hands if you aren't careful. We just do the work and try to be fair with everyone who stops by. It’s a family-run kind of feel here. Most of the guys have been working with stone for years, so we know how it behaves. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just want to keep the yard running and get the granite out to the projects. It is simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening.
