About Compassgranites – Building & Construction Material in Karimnagar
We are out here at Sy No. 176 in Odyaram, which is part of the Gangadhara area near Ramnagar. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where we have the space for all this stone. Compassgranites isn't a shop you’d find in a mall. It’s more of a working yard. The ground is uneven and there’s always a tractor or a truck somewhere nearby. We spend our time managing the slabs that come in. It’s a lot of checking for cracks and making sure the piles don’t lean too much. Odyaram is a quiet place most of the time, except when we’re moving the heavy stuff. We don’t really have a big sign or anything flashy. People mostly find us because they know we’re out here in Ramnagar. The work is repetitive but it keeps us busy. I usually have my lunch under the big tree near the edge of the property because it’s the only place with a decent breeze. We don’t talk much about visions or missions here. We just try to get the stone loaded correctly and hope the rain stays away while we’re working. It’s a simple life. The stones are heavy and the days are long, but that’s the way it is in the granite business. We’ve been at this spot for a while and we know the roads around here pretty well.
