Eswar Granites

Eswar Granites is situated at Survey No. 147 in the village of Asifnagar. We are right by the post office, so it is easy to tell people where to go. The village life is slow, but the work here is anything but that. We are constantly moving blocks and slabs around the site. The ground is usually covered in stone chips and dust. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have a big sign or a polished storefront. People just know that the big stacks of granite belong to us. We deal mostly with local builders and people from the nearby areas who are putting up new walls or finishing their kitchens. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. By midday, the sun is usually beating down on the survey plot, and we take a short break in the shade. We handle all the loading by hand or with simple tools. It’s hard on the arms and the back, but we’ve been doing it for years now. Asifnagar is a quiet place, and we like being part of the community here. We don't try to sound corporate because we aren't. We are just local guys working with stone. Sometimes a shipment is late or a machine breaks down, and we just deal with it as it comes. It is a basic business, built on hard work and the stone we get from the earth. That’s really all there is to it.
