Marble & Company

Our place, Marble & Company, is located at 25-45 on the New Bus Stand Main Road in Metpalli Jagtial. Being right on the main road means it stays pretty noisy with all the buses and traffic going by to the station. We’ve been here for a while, and most people in the area recognize our storefront. It’s a busy street, which is good for us because people often stop in while they are out doing other errands. The shop is filled with samples of different stones and tiles. It’s not a huge space, so things can feel a bit cramped when we get a lot of stock in. We try to keep things organized, but there’s always a crate or two in the way. Working near the bus stand means we see a lot of different faces every day. We spend most of our time answering questions from locals who are working on their homes. It’s a hands-on job, and we usually have dusty hands from moving the samples around. We don't have a big corporate structure; it’s just us here making sure the orders are right. The afternoon heat can be a bit much sometimes, but we keep the fans going. It’s a practical location for a business like ours. People know they can just drop in without making an appointment. We keep it simple and focus on what needs to be done each day for the customers who walk through the door.
