Tuition At Home

We are based out of Swaroop Nagar here in Kanpur. Our spot is near Mamta Appartment, which is a well-known building in this part of town. Swaroop Nagar is a bit different than some other areas, with more trees and a bit more space. We don't have a giant school building for Tuition At Home. Instead, we operate in a way that’s much more low-key. We have a small office where we keep our records and coordinate things. Most of our work involves moving around the city rather than staying in one place. The office itself is quite simple. A desk, a few chairs for visitors, and a shelf full of textbooks and schedules. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing down addresses on small slips of paper. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We aren't interested in being a big corporate entity. We just want to make sure the kids in the neighborhood have someone to help them with their studies. The atmosphere in the office is usually pretty calm. We can see the gate of Mamta Appartment from our window. People stop by sometimes to ask about how it all works. We just explain it simply and let them decide. It’s a very hands-on way to run things. We’ve been part of this community for a while and we like the pace.
