Our setup for Home Tutions By Topper is based out of Kaushalpuri in Kanpur. We are located at 118/520, near Gumti No 5, which is a very busy part of the city. Being near Gurunanak Girls Degree College makes it easy for people to find where we are. Kanpur is a crowded place, and traffic around Gumti can be a bit of a headache, so we mostly arrange for tutors to go directly to the students' houses. It saves everyone a lot of time and trouble. We have a small office where we manage the schedules and talk to parents who come by. It is a very simple operation. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees; it is just a small group of us who know the local curriculum well. We started this because we saw how much time kids were wasting traveling to coaching centers in the heat. By sending a teacher to their home, they get to study in a familiar environment. We don't use any fancy apps or complicated systems. We just keep a register of who is going where and make sure the lessons are happening on time. The office is usually full of books and tea cups. We talk to the parents honestly about what their kids need. It is a straightforward business and we try to keep it as helpful as possible for the families in Kaushalpuri.
