Shanaya Food Products

We operate out of a small place in Lal Bangla, over in the J K Puri area. It’s not a big factory or anything, just a few rooms where we put together our food products. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have a big shipment of raw ingredients sitting on the floor waiting to be sorted. We spend most of our time measuring things out and getting the bags ready for the local shops. It’s a family-run thing, so there’s always someone in the kitchen or the packing area. We don't have a formal front desk, so if you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-work with our sleeves rolled up. The neighborhood is fairly busy, and there’s always something happening out on the street. We’ve been here for a couple of years now. We didn't start with much, just a few pots and some basic scales. Now we have a few more things, but it’s still very simple. We don't spend time writing big reports or having meetings. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we do it. Sometimes we run out of space and have to move things to the hallway, but we make it work somehow. It’s just how we run the place here in J K Puri. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have a small fan that helps.
