Bee-Aar Vyanjan Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is tucked away in Vishnupuri at 4/278-B. It is a quiet enough area most of the time, though Kanpur traffic can be a bit of a headache during the rush hours. We started Bee-Aar Vyanjan Pvt. Ltd. because we wanted to do something here in our own city. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through papers and talking about what needs to get done for the day. We have a few desks and some old chairs that have seen better days. Most of our staff live close by, so we all know the local spots for tea and snacks. It is a practical way to run things. We don't spend money on big signs or glossy brochures because that’s not really our style. We would rather just focus on the actual work. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we manage. You learn to deal with the quirks of the building, like the door that sticks or the way the light hits the back room in the afternoon. It is just a regular workplace where people show up and do their jobs. We have been here for a while now and the neighbors know us by name. It is just a normal part of the Vishnupuri neighborhood. There is always something to do, but we take it one day at a time.
