Govindam Flavours

We’ve been here at 359/B in K Block for a while now. Kidwai is a busy place and it gets pretty loud outside, but inside we just focus on the flavours. Usually, the day starts early when the sun is barely up and someone starts moving the containers around. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a practical space where we get things done. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy and we have to stop to clean up before moving on to the next batch. People walk past our door all day and sometimes they peek in because of the smells coming from the kitchen area. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who know how things work here. Most of the time we are busy mixing and measuring stuff out. It’s funny how you get used to the different scents after a few hours. One day it might be vanilla and the next it’s something totally different. We just keep our heads down and work through the orders that come in. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes the machines act up or a delivery is late, but that’s just how it goes in a place like this. We like being in this part of town because it’s close to everything we need. Most of our neighbours know us by now. We don't spend much time on fancy talk, we just stay at 359/B and do our job until it’s time to lock up and go home.
