S R Academy

We are located in Jagmohan Market, which is part of Faithful Ganj in Kanpur. The address is 630. It’s quite close to the railway station, so you can always hear the trains if you listen closely enough. Mirpur Cantt is a busy area, and the market stays pretty active from early morning. The building itself is old, but it has a lot of character. We have a few rooms where we sit and go through books and notes. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you aren’t used to the local lanes. There’s always someone hauling goods or rickshaws moving past. We just have a basic setup. There are wooden benches and a couple of whiteboards. We don’t have fancy air conditioning, just the ceiling fans that keep the air moving. People around here know us as the place near the station. It’s a very grounded environment. We don’t put on any airs. Most of the time, we are just sitting there drinking chai and waiting for the next group to arrive. The floors get swept every morning, but the dust always finds its way back in. That’s just life in a market area. We’ve been at this spot for some time, and we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a very local way of doing things. We just do our bit and go home. S R Academy has been part of this market for years.
