Panki Industrial Area isn't exactly the most beautiful place to spend your day. It’s mostly concrete, trucks, and the sound of heavy machinery running 24/7. Our spot at Plot No- 35 is right near the Bank of Baroda, which makes it easy for us to find when we’re explaining the location to new drivers. We spend a lot of time in the warehouse area checking the stock. The air usually smells like whatever we are processing that day. Sometimes it’s strong, other times you barely notice it after an hour of being inside. Rksn Food Industry isn't a giant factory, but we stay busy enough that we rarely have time to sit down for a long lunch. Most of us just grab something quick at our desks. The floor gets dusty because of all the movement, so we’re always sweeping up. Ratan Lal Nagar is a busy area, and the traffic near the entrance can be a nightmare in the evenings. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone knows what they need to do without being told too often. We’ve got some old equipment that occasionally acts up, but we know how to fix it ourselves most of the time. It’s a practical business. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back with our sleeves rolled up, just trying to get the day's quota filled before the sun goes down.
