You can find us over at 438 B on Panki Road in Kalyanpur. If you know this area, you know how busy the road can get with all the trucks and rickshaws constantly going by. Lokan'S Food Llp is right in the thick of it all. We started this business because there was an empty space available and we had some ideas about starting our own food production unit. It’s a very practical setup, nothing for show or for visitors to look at. We have the machines in the back room and a small space in the front where we do the billing and talk to the people who come in. It’s usually pretty loud because of the traffic and the noise from the workshop next door, but we don’t mind it much after working here for years. We work six days a week, sometimes seven if there is a big order that needs to go out by Monday morning. It’s mostly just hard work and staying organized so we don't lose track of things. We don’t have a public relations person or any of that fancy stuff. If you call our number, one of us will just pick up the phone and talk to you directly. We deal with a lot of local vendors and we’ve built some good relationships over the years. The floor is just concrete and the lights flicker sometimes. It’s a real place where real work happens every single day.
