You’ll find Shri Anandeswar Marble at Shop Number 83/7 in the Juhi Building Material Market. This whole area is dedicated to construction, so it’s always a bit of a mess with sand, bricks, and stones everywhere. Our shop is just one of many, but we’ve been in this specific spot for a good while. We mostly deal with marble, so there are heavy slabs leaning against every available surface. It’s not a clean place; there’s always a layer of white dust over everything, including our desks. We don't mind it much. The market is a social place, and we often have other shopkeepers coming over for a smoke or a cup of tea. We don’t have a fancy sales team. Usually, it’s just one or two of us here to help you pick out a stone. We show people the different patterns in the marble and tell them how it might look once it’s polished. It’s practical work. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with the quarries or arranging for local delivery. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in the narrow market lanes, which causes a bit of a headache. But that’s just part of being in Juhi. We aren't looking to expand into some giant corporation; we just like running our shop and serving the builders who come by looking for something solid.
