Running a business in Mayur Vihar Phase 1 is always a bit of a tight squeeze. We are located right here in New Delhi, dealing with the usual noise and chaos of the city every single day. The office is basically where all the paperwork happens for our tile orders. It is definitely not the quietest spot, but we have gotten used to the sound of traffic from the street outside. Most of our time goes into checking the inventory and talking to people on the phone about when their delivery might arrive. Tiles are heavy and they take up a lot of room, so things can get a bit cramped inside when a new shipment comes in from the factory. We deal with all kinds of customers, from people just wanting a few pieces for a small repair to those doing up a whole new house. The 208026 area has changed a lot over the years, and we have seen plenty of other shops come and go. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come. There is not any fancy lobby or a coffee machine for visitors here. Just some desks, some samples leaning against the walls, and us trying to keep track of everything on our ledgers. The traffic in Delhi makes deliveries a bit of a headache sometimes, but we always manage to find a way through it eventually.
