J. K. Cement Ltd.

Our office is over at Plot No. 29/1 on Dwarka Dwish Road. We’re based in Kamla Tower. It’s a well-known building in this area, so we don't usually have to give too many directions. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The building is a bit older, but it serves its purpose for J. K. Cement Ltd. We have a few rooms where we handle all the accounts and orders. It’s not a very quiet place because there’s always someone coming in with a question or a delivery note. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. The elevator in Kamla Tower can be a bit slow, so we often take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. We have a small staff and we all know each other’s families by now. There’s a small tea stall just outside the tower where we usually go for a break. It’s just a normal office routine for us. We don’t have any big corporate events or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Sometimes the traffic on Dwarka Dwish Road makes the commute long, but that’s just city life. We’ve grown accustomed to the noise and the rhythm of the place. It’s a practical location for what we do and we plan on staying here. The window in the main room doesn't close all the way, so we just wear sweaters when it gets cold.
