Goshawk Foods Llp

Our place is tucked away in Hata 2, right in the middle of Rail Bazar Cantt. It’s a very crowded area, especially with the trains nearby and people always moving around the station. Goshawk Foods Llp started in a small room and we just grew bit by bit over the years as we got more orders. We aren't doing anything revolutionary or special. We just prepare food items and sell them to whoever needs them. The noise from the railway station is something you get used to after a week or two of working here. Most of the folks working in our unit live just a few streets away, so we all know each other's families and kids. It feels more like a community kitchen sometimes than a real business. We don't use fancy machinery for every single thing; a lot of it is still done by hand because that’s how we learned from our parents. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we'd rather spend that money on getting better ingredients for the food. It's quite dusty out there in the bazar, but inside we keep things as clean as we possibly can. We don't have a website or a big neon sign out front. Most people find us because they heard about us from a neighbor or a friend. We open up very early and stay late until the work is done. It’s a lot of long hours and standing on our feet.
