Flavrica

We are set up in Shubhanjali Puram, right on Air Force Road. If you know where the Indane Petrol Pump is, then you are basically there. It’s a busy corner of the area. Flavrica isn't a very old name, but we’ve been working in the food business for a while. Our space isn't huge, but we make it work for what we need. Most of the time, the front door is open to let a breeze in, though that also lets in the dust from the road. We spend our hours checking the quality of what comes in and making sure it goes out right. It’s a lot of standing and moving boxes around. The staff is just a few local guys who live within walking distance. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a break room. We usually just sit on the crates when we need a rest. It’s an honest way to spend the day. Sometimes people stop by thinking we are part of the petrol pump, but we just point them next door. We aren't trying to change the world or anything. We just want to provide something useful to the people who buy from us. It gets a bit loud with the planes from the Air Force base nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized despite the constant movement.
