Diksha Food Industries

Our operations are based at Plot No-250/B in the Ratanpur Colony area of Panki. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s where we have our space set up. Diksha Food Industries is basically a small-scale production unit. We have our machines lined up in the main room, and that’s where all the mixing and packing happens. It’s not a shiny corporate office. It’s a place where people wear aprons and get their hands dirty. The floors are usually covered in some kind of flour or spice, depending on what we are working on that day. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but some days the machinery is a bit stubborn. We don't have a huge staff, just a few local people who live nearby and know the work. Ratanpur Colony is a quiet enough place most of the time, which is nice. We have a small area where we keep the finished boxes before they get picked up. Sometimes the rain makes the road to the plot a bit muddy, which can be a pain for the trucks. We just deal with it. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. Every rupee goes back into the raw materials or keeping the lights on. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we’re okay with that. The days are long, but we get things done. We keep the kettle on for when we need a break.
