Converge Iit & Pmt Classes is located at 117/N/60 in Kaka Deo. We’re right near Niifa Classes, so if you know that spot, you won’t have any trouble finding us. Kaka Deo is a bit of a hub for this kind of thing in Kanpur, so there’s always a lot of movement and noise around. Our office is pretty simple. We have the usual desks, some whiteboards that have seen better days, and a lot of books stacked up. We don't use any fancy management talk or big slogans. We’re just here to help with the subjects. The building gets a bit warm in the summer, but the fans keep things moving. We aren't a big institution with branches everywhere; we are just this one spot. A lot of the time, the students end up helping each other out in the hallways. It’s a very grounded place. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and get to work. Sometimes the tea man from the corner brings over a tray for the staff, and that’s about as formal as it gets. We focus on the daily lessons and making sure everyone understands what’s going on. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment for anyone who wants to study. We try to keep things as clear as possible for everyone who walks through the door.
