If you know the Kakadeo area in Kanpur, you know it’s always crowded with people. We are located near Om Choraha, which is a real landmark for anyone trying to find us. Chandelism Foods Ltd. isn't some giant factory with glass walls. It’s more of a practical space where we handle food products every day. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area or checking the packaging. It gets pretty loud with all the machinery and the workers talking. Kanpur is a fast-paced city, and we try to keep up with that energy. Sometimes we run into issues with supplies arriving late or the traffic near the crossing being a total mess. That’s just life in this part of town. We don't use any complicated words to describe what we do. We just make food items and try to ensure they are decent enough for people to buy. The office part of the building is small and usually cluttered with paperwork and samples. We stay focused on the daily tasks, like checking the temperature settings or making sure the floors are cleaned down after a shift. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the details. We’ve been here in Tehsil Kanpur Nagar for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the rhythm of the neighborhood.
