Anoop Hair Dresser

My shop is at 86/322 in the Dev Nagar area of Chamanganj here in Kanpur. It is just a small place where I do hair work every day from morning until the evening. The street outside can get quite loud with all the rickshaws and people moving about, but inside it stays okay most of the time. I have a few old chairs that I keep clean and the mirrors are wide enough for everyone to see what is happening. People from around the neighborhood come in when they need a trim or a shave. It is not a fancy place with air conditioning or anything like that. Just a simple shop with the basic tools like scissors, combs, and spray bottles. I spend a lot of time here just waiting for the next person to walk through the door. Sometimes the tea stall guy brings over a cup and we talk for a bit while I work. Kanpur weather gets really hot in the summer so the fan stays on all day long. I try to keep things tidy but sometimes the floor gets covered in hair when it gets busy. There is no big sign or anything, just the name Anoop Hair Dresser on the front so folks know where to go. I have been in this spot for a while now and most of the faces are familiar to me. It is just a regular life here in Dev Nagar.
