Bussines

The business we call Bussines is run from our family home, Chembottikkariyil House. We are located in Chalode, which falls under the Edayannur Post Office in the Kannur district of Kerala. It’s a very green and quiet area compared to the big cities. Our work is handled right from the house, which has been in the family for a long time. We don't have a separate commercial building, so the line between home and work is a bit blurry. We have a dedicated room where we keep our desk, computer, and all the files we need for our daily tasks. In Kannur, things move at a slower pace, which we quite like. We can look out the window and see the trees while we are working on our projects. Most of the people we deal with are locals or people from nearby towns like Mattannur. We don't have any fancy signs or advertisements. People in the village know us and they know where to find us if they need anything. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We handle our correspondence through the Edayannur P O and keep our records in order as best as we can. It’s just a simple, home-based operation where we try to stay busy and earn a living without any complicated corporate structures. It’s honest work done from a place we have lived in for years. The rain here makes the work peaceful.
