Down by the Ganesh Mandir in Kharghuli, you can find our office for Nutrigo Natura Agrotech. We’re in the Joypur Hatishila area of Guwahati. It’s a nice enough spot, close to the river, and it feels a lot calmer than the middle of the city. We work on the agrotech side of things, which sounds more complicated than it really is. Mostly, we just look for better ways to deal with food and plants. The team is small, just a handful of us who show up every morning and see what needs doing. Some days we are buried in samples, and other days we are out talking to suppliers. The office is a bit cluttered because we always have new things coming in to test or look at. We don't have a big corporate structure here. If something needs fixing, one of us grabs a tool and fixes it. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the daily tasks. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people in suits. We usually just wear whatever is comfortable for a day of moving stuff around. Being near the temple means we hear the bells in the evening, which is a nice way to end the workday. We’re just local people trying to make a go of this business and stay busy with work that matters to us and the people we know.
