Kamal Industries is located over in Phase-1 of the GIDC Estate. The plot number is C1/1304/a, which is tucked away a bit. I’ve been working here for several years now. It’s an industrial setup, through and through. We handle various manufacturing tasks depending on what’s needed that week. The machines can be noisy, so we usually have to talk pretty loud. It's a practical place. We don't spend money on fancy lobby furniture or paintings. Most of our space is taken up by raw materials and the production line. We have a handful of workers who have been with us since the start. It feels like a small family, even when we’re stressed about deadlines. The area around us in Phase-1 is always crowded with tempos and cycles. We usually start early in the morning before the heat gets too bad. Someone usually brings in tea around eleven, and we take a quick break then. We just try to do an honest job and keep the machines running without too many breakdowns. Sometimes parts are hard to find, but we manage. If you come by, you’ll probably see me or one of the guys near the main gate checking the gate passes. It’s just how we run things here. No big secrets. We keep the ledger books on a shelf by the back door because the front office is always full of boxes.
