Down in Ambujanagar, which is in the Kodinar district of Junagadh, we have our base at D/08 in the South Colony. This is where the Ultratech Cement Ltd, Aditya Birla Group team stays and works. It is a typical industrial township setup. The South Colony is a quiet residential area where the staff lives. Our unit serves as a small hub for the operations in this region. The houses here are all built the same way, and D/08 is just one of them on a quiet street with a few trees. We handle a lot of the site coordination from here. It is a long way from the main cities, so we have to be self-reliant. The weather in Junagadh can be quite dry, and the sun is often very strong. We spend our mornings checking the schedules and the afternoons making sure everything is on track at the factory nearby. It is a very practical lifestyle. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a front room with some computers and a lot of files. Most of our neighbors are also working at the plant, so there is a real sense of being in this together. We focus on the daily grind and making sure the cement production and logistics are handled without any fuss. It is just a regular day for us here in Kodinar.
