The Science Zone International School

We started The Science Zone International School here in Junagadh, right near the Madhuram Bypass. It’s a busy spot in Timbavadi, but inside it’s mostly just students getting on with their work. Most days you’ll see teachers carrying stacks of books or setting up something in the labs. We spend a lot of time on Vanthli Road, so this location just made sense for the families around here. It isn't a massive, fancy place, but the rooms have what they need. Some of us have been here since the beginning, and we’ve seen the Mastram Chamber Street area change quite a bit over the years. We keep the gates open early so kids can get in before the heat gets too bad. It’s just a school, really. We try to keep the fans running and the boards clean. Sometimes the hallways get a bit loud during the breaks, but that is how schools go. We aren't trying to be anything other than a place for learning science and other subjects. The local shopkeepers know us, and the parents usually just drop the kids off at the corner. We don’t have much in the way of big speeches or flashy signs. It is just the school building where we show up every morning. If you walk past the bypass, you’ll probably see our sign. We keep things pretty straightforward and try to help the students understand their lessons without making it more complicated than it has to be.
