Choudhary Namkin

Choudhary Namkin has been on Sardarpura B Road for a long time. People around here know the street well. It’s always busy with traffic, scooters, and shoppers. We have our small shop right in the middle of it all. It’s not a huge place, but we have enough room for what we do. We mostly spend our time making and selling snacks to whoever stops by. There’s no big philosophy behind it. We just wake up, get the shop ready, and wait for the regulars to arrive. Some people come every single week. We know their names and what they usually get. It makes the day go faster when you can have a quick chat with a neighbor. The shelves are usually full, but sometimes we run out of stuff if it’s a holiday or a big weekend. We don’t have a website or a marketing team. Just the sign above the door. Sardarpura is a good place to be. There’s always energy on B Road. We’ve seen other shops change owners, but we’ve stuck around through it all. It takes a lot of work to keep a small business going. You have to be there every day, even when you're tired. We don’t mind the routine. It’s what we know and how we support our families. We just focus on keeping the namkin fresh and the counter clean. It’s a simple life on a very busy street in Jodhpur.
