You can find us in Jodhpur at Shankar Sadan. We are situated right across from Gate No 7 of Umaid Hospital, which means there is a lot of activity on our street at all hours. It’s a bit of a busy corner with people coming and going from the hospital constantly. We’ve been at this location for a few years now and have gotten used to the noise and the pace of the neighborhood. The shop isn’t very large, but we’ve tried to make it a comfortable spot for whoever stops by. Jodhpur summers are no joke, so we do our best to keep the place cool for the staff and the customers. We don’t have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work. Most of the people who come in are locals or folks who are visiting someone at the hospital. We’ve learned to be quick because most people around here don’t have a lot of time to spare. The building, Shankar Sadan, is an older one, but it’s sturdy and serves us well. We keep the interior simple with just the basic stuff we need. Our team is small, and we all know how to do a bit of everything, from cleaning up to handling the money. It’s a straightforward life, and we like being part of the community in this part of Jodhpur. We stay open late enough to help anyone who needs us.
