Refreshing Bitezzz Desi Tadka

Refreshing Bitezzz Desi Tadka is our small shop over in Shastri Nagar, Jodhpur. We are at Shop-6, right near the IDBI ATM, which makes it easy for people to find us. Shastri Circle is just a short walk away. We called it Desi Tadka because we like using local spices and cooking things the way we do at home. It’s a small space, so it gets a bit cramped when more than five or six people show up at once. Jodhpur is known for its food, and we are just trying to do our part in this little corner of the city. The name might sound a bit modern with the extra letters, but the way we work is very old-fashioned. We buy our vegetables every morning from the local mandi. My wife handles the spice mixes and I take care of the customers. Sometimes we have a helper boy, but mostly it is just us. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we get a lot of regulars who come by for dinner. It’s not a corporate chain or anything like that. It is just a local shop in Jodhpur 342003. We don't have a website or anything, just the shop and our stove. If the light near the ATM is on, we are usually open. We just keep our heads down and keep cooking until the shutters go down at night. It's hard work but it is ours.
