At Bsartindia, we operate out of G-259 in Pratap Nagar. It’s basically a workshop filled with all sorts of things. We have materials stacked against the walls and half-finished projects sitting on every available surface. It’s a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is, mostly. We spend our days making things and then figure out how to pack them so they don't break in the mail. The lighting isn't the best, so we use a couple of extra lamps when the sun goes down. There’s always the smell of glue or paint in the air. We are just a small team, and we don't really follow a strict corporate schedule. If a project is going well, we stay late. If it’s a slow day, we might spend more time talking than working. Pratap Nagar is a decent area, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare for the delivery drivers. We try to keep our overheads low, so we don't have fancy furniture or a decorated lobby. It’s just a place where work happens. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to start over, but that’s just part of the process. We don't have any big goals of becoming a giant company. We just like making stuff and seeing it go out to people who want it. It’s a bit chaotic but it is our kind of place.
