Shriram Plastic Udyog

Our place is over on 2nd 'A' Road in Sardarpura. It’s called Tayal Bhawan, number 70. If you’re looking for us, you just look for the sign near the corner. We do a lot with plastics here. The machines can get pretty warm, so we keep the doors open when we can. It’s not a quiet job. There’s always the sound of things being moved or the hum of the equipment in the back. We started Shriram Plastic Udyog because we knew the trade and had a bit of space to work. The neighborhood is mostly other businesses like ours, so it feels right. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the orders go out on time and the quality is okay. Sometimes we run out of space for all the raw materials, and things get a bit messy. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We don't spend much time in suits. Most days it’s just work clothes and getting things done. We’ve had some of the same customers for years. They know where to find us and they know we don’t make a big fuss about things. It’s just hard work and a lot of plastic. That’s the reality of it. We just take each day as it comes and try to keep the machines running smooth. Sardarpura is a good spot for us and we've grown fond of the local food stalls nearby.
