Ergen Plastic Industries

Ergen Plastic Industries is located at P 7&8 in the Industrial Estate. It’s a manufacturing area, so there’s always noise and trucks moving around. We make various plastic items here. The factory floor is where most of the action happens. It’s hot and loud, but that’s just how it is in plastic production. We have machines running quite a bit of the time. Our office is just a small corner of the building where we deal with orders and bills. We’ve been in this Industrial Estate for many years. We know most of the other business owners nearby. It’s a tight-knit community of makers and suppliers. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll see crates and raw materials stacked up in the yard. We just focus on getting the production numbers right and making sure the quality is okay for the people who buy from us. Sometimes a machine breaks down and things get stressful, but we fix it and keep going. It’s basic industrial work. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We just make plastic goods and try to get them out the door on time. Being here in the estate makes sense for us because of the power supply and the space for the big equipment. It's our workplace, plain and simple, and we've been at it since the start. No frills, just making products every day.
