The Bakers Factory

We are located in Civil Lines here in Jhansi, right near the Allahabad Bank. The shop is actually situated below the Lakme Salon on Station Road. It is a busy little corner of the city. We spend most of our early mornings just getting the ovens to the right temperature. The smell of baking bread starts to fill the air before most people are even awake. It is a lot of hard work, mostly involving flour and heavy trays. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just the kitchen and the counter. You can see the people coming and going from the salon upstairs throughout the day. Some are looking for a quick snack while they wait. The traffic on Station Road can get a bit loud in the afternoons, but we just keep working through it. We have been in this spot for a while now. It feels like a normal part of the neighborhood. We don't try to be anything fancy. We just make what we make and hope the locals find what they need when they stop by. Jhansi gets incredibly hot in the summer months, so we spend a lot of time trying to keep the workspace manageable. It is just a regular day-to-day operation for us. We focus on the dough and the timers. That is pretty much our whole world from morning until we close up the shop.
