Our restaurant is at 1882 Elite Sipri Road in the Civil Lines area of Jhansi. We are right across from the Pramod petrol pump. It is a convenient spot because people often pull in for fuel and then decide to come over for something to eat. The building is a bit older and has a simple look to it. Inside, the dining area is basic with plain tables and chairs. We don't have anything fancy because we want it to feel like a normal place where anyone can sit down. The kitchen stays busy making the usual dishes that people in Jhansi like to eat. We use local spices and the food is just like what you would find in a local home. Our staff are mostly men from around here who know how to handle it when a big group walks in. Sometimes it gets a bit disorganized when we are full, but we get the food out eventually. We don't use any computers for ordering, we just write everything down on a paper pad. The lighting inside is a little dim, but it’s okay for a meal. We don't have a very large sign outside, but most people in this part of town know where we are. We keep the tables wiped and the water bottles ready. It’s a straightforward business for us. We show up every morning, we cook, and we go home at night. It’s just a real part of the neighborhood.
