Tuhum Biotech Seeds Private Limited is located near the Amar Filling Station in Rampur Khash. This is in the Mariahu area of Jaunpur. We work out of Matiber Singh’s place. The filling station is a good landmark because everyone knows where it is. We are a seed company, but we don't have a giant lab or anything like that. It’s more of a practical setup where we store and manage different types of seeds for the local farmers. Being in Jaunpur means we are right where the action is. The air is always a bit dusty from the road and the nearby station. We have a few rooms where we keep the records and the seed samples. It’s a private company, but it feels like a family thing. We’ve been at this for some time. We know which seeds work best for the soil in Mariahu. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or shiny brochures. Most people find out about us by word of mouth or by just stopping by the station. The work is mostly seasonal. When it’s time to plant, we are incredibly busy. The rest of the year is more about planning and keeping things organized. It’s a simple business model. We just want to provide what the farmers need and keep our small company going. That's really all there is to it. We just focus on the seeds and the seasons as they come.
