Our company, Bankuiyan Farmers Producer Company Limited, is located at H. No. 33/1Abankuiyan in Rasauli. We run things out of Smt. Janak Dulari’s place. It’s a typical house in the village, so it doesn't look like a big business from the outside. We mostly deal with the farmers around Rasauli who need a way to organize their work. We spend a lot of time sitting on the porch talking about the rain or the price of supplies. Being in a small area like Bankuiyan means everyone knows everyone else. It makes running the company a bit more personal because you’re working with your cousins and neighbors. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. Most of our news travels by word of mouth when people come by the house. It can get a bit crowded when everyone shows up at once, but we make it work. Rasauli is our home, and having the business here makes sense for the local farmers. We try to help each other out with equipment and advice whenever we can. It’s not a fancy setup, just a room and some desks at 33/1Abankuiyan. Janak Dulari is kind enough to let us use the space for the company business. It keeps us close to the fields and the people who actually do the planting. We just wanted a way to make the farming life a little more stable for the families in this part of Bankuiyan. We don’t care much for corporate titles. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the harvest is good this year.
