Shriaayog Agriculture Private Limited is located right here in Village Guawan. We are over by Post Bhilampur in the Suzanganj area. Ashok Kumar Singh is usually around if you need to talk to someone. It is a very rural spot in Jaunpur. If you drive down the road toward Tilakhara, you’ll see where we are. We spend a lot of time out in the fields or sitting on the porch talking about the next harvest. This isn't some big city operation. We have dirt on our boots most days. The weather has been a bit unpredictable lately and that keeps everyone on their toes. We started this because we wanted to do something for ourselves and the village. There is a lot of back and forth with the transport people and trying to get the seeds delivered on time. Sometimes the trucks get stuck or they arrive late, and we just have to deal with it. My cousin helps with the ledger books when he has time. We eat lunch together under the big tree when it gets too hot to stay inside. It’s a quiet life but there is always something to fix or someone to meet. Jaunpur is a good place but you have to work hard to make anything grow. We don't use any fancy talk here. We just say what we mean and try to get the work done before the sun goes down.
