We've been working around Jamalpur for a while now. Most of us are from Karhat or nearby spots in Mirzapur. P.R.B. Farmers Makaipur Producer Companylimited is mostly just a group of us coming together to manage things better. Rajmani Devi’s place is where we handle the paperwork. It’s a busy spot in Naryanpur Devariya. Farming here isn't always easy, you know? The weather changes, the market goes up and down, and doing it all alone just didn't make sense anymore. We decided to register this company to handle the selling and the buying of seeds and stuff as one group. It’s mostly just people from the local village. We spend a lot of time talking about the crops and what needs doing next. There’s no big office or fancy desks. We just meet up, figure out the logistics, and try to get the work done. Some days are harder than others. But having the name officially registered helps when dealing with the bank or when we need to get supplies in bulk. Mirzapur has a lot of tradition in farming, and we’re just part of that long line. If you come by Karhat, you’ll probably see us working in the fields or sitting outside discussing the next harvest. It’s plain work, nothing too complicated about it. We just wanted a way to keep things organized for all the families involved.
